When I got to the Hospital this morning, I found my girl sitting at the window, eating her breakfast. Then the nurses aid took her for a walk around the floor. Her doctor came in and gave her the good news--we could go home today!
Oh yeah, on the way home, the surgeon called and let Hayley know that there was no sign of cancer in her old breast tissue! WHEW! We cried as we drove down the road--Breast Cancer will not take this girl from us.
It only been 7 days, but oh what a journey it has been. Thank all of you for your support, and your love. I'm sure the next entry will by Hayley, so thanks again for being our support team.

Glad you're both home safe and sound ... and SO very glad about the news of the old boobies having no sign of cancer. LONG LIVE THE NEW BOOBIES!
YEAH! Now the biggest thing will be keeping the "kids" from walking on Mommy's sore tummy and chest, but they will make great snooze companions.
Welcome Home - to both of you - an incredible journey, but so awesome in so many ways for you both...
