This was from the Tuesday, the day of the surgery. Hayley knew that they would be using sharpies to mark the spot where she was to be sliced, so she brought a full package of sharpies for Dr. B.

This is my journey with my prophylactic double mastectomy and DIEP reconstruction on January 6th, 2009. I have appointed several reporters to fill in while I'm not attached to my computer (as I normally am). I'm sure they will keep you informed, calmed and amused!
